Ford Co-Pilot360™ is a suite of enhanced driver-assistance technology that works to help keep the driver and passengers away from danger with features like Blind Spot Information System with Trailer Coverage, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane-Keeping System and more. The Ford Ranger also has SYNC®3 technology, which allows for Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Amazon Alexa integration. With FordPass Connect™, the driver can lock, unlock and start their Ranger using an app on their smartphone or Apple Watch. The Ford Ranger also has in-car 4G LTE Wi-Fi for up to 10 devices at a time.
When it comes to performance, the Ford Ranger brings a lot of power to the table. The 2.3-liter EcoBoost® engine produces 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. The Ranger uses a 10-speed SelectShift® transmission that makes smooth and quick transitions from gear to gear. The Ranger outdoes other trucks in its segment when it comes to hauling and towing, with the capability to tow up to 7,500 lbs. and haul more than 1,800 lbs.
