What is the FordPass App?
The Ford brand is always looking for ways to improve your driving experience. And one of the struggles many drivers face is staying connected safely while behind the wheel. With the FordPass App, drivers have access to a hub of information related to their Ford vehicle, available whenever they need it right on their phone.
If you become a FordPass™ member, you have the opportunity to take your drive to the next level. By downloading the app, drivers have quick and easy access to a variety of different exclusive Ford services designed to keep them in touch with their vehicle.

FordPass App features
Using the app allows you to receive diagnostics for your vehicle through SYNC® AppLink. If any problems are identified in your vehicle, you can also contact us here at your Ford dealership to schedule maintenance as well as service appointments so you can ensure that your new Ford vehicle is always in top shape. If you run into trouble on the road, the apps chat, call and even Roadside Assistance are there when you need it to answer questions or send help.
Other perks to the app include a “Find Parking” feature, which allows drivers to find available places to park, or even reserve them in some circumstances, before you even leave. Owners also have remote control over their vehicle with the FordPass app, as certain models will allow you to unlock and start your vehicle, as well as check your fuel levels remotely.
You can also make your mornings run more smoothly – especially in the winter – thanks to the app’s schedule start feature, which allows you to schedule a time for your vehicle to start up automatically, ensuring its warmed up and ready to go when you are.
