What’s the main difference between the 2019 Ford F-150 cab types?
The main difference between the three cabs is the availability of a back row: the Regular cab has only a front, while the SuperCrew and SuperCab both add back row seating. The SuperCrew features four full-functioning doors, while the SuperCab has two full-functioning front doors and two partial back doors, which can only open if the front doors are open.

Interior Dimensions of Each 2019 F-150 Cab
As you might expect, the three cabs also have varying amounts of internal space. Let’s look at how these dimensions compare:
The regular cab has no back row. In the front, you get a spacious 40.8” of head room, 66.7” of shoulder room, 62.5” of hip room, and 43.9” of leg room.
The SuperCab has the exact same dimensions in front, and adds a back row with 40.3” of head room, 65.8” of shoulder room, 64.7” of hip room, and 33.5” of leg room.
The SuperCrew has likewise the same dimensions in front, and approximately the same in the rear with the notable exception of leg room- the SuperCrew cab gets 43.6” of rear leg room, a ten inch boost over the SuperCab.
