One of our favorite summer holidays, the Fourth of July, is right around the corner, and we’re excited to share it with our great community. That’s why your friends at Houston Ford have put together a shortlist of some July Fourth events and fireworks near Pine River MN. Independence Day events Brainerd MN area
There are quite a few things going on for the Fourth of July in the Brainerd Lakes Area. There’s plenty in our neck of the woods to enjoy for the whole family. Check out these Independence Day events in the Brainerd MN area.
NIsswa Firecracker Run
Location: Nisswa Chamber of Commerce, 25532 South Main St., Nisswa, MN
TIme: 8AM-1PM, Sunday July 2
Information: Bring the entire family down to Nisswa for this great Fourth of July tradition. Participants can either register for the 10K, 5K, and Kidz Run. The atmosphere is a great party with event shirts, an amazing crawfish boil, and free Pabst! Plenty of activities for the kids and the whole family make this a great tradition.
2017 Stars & Stripes Days
Location: Downtown Pequot Lakes, MN & Surrounding areas
Time: 5PM-Dusk, Monday July 3 & 7AM-12PM, Tuesday July 4
Information: Head to Downtown Pequot Lakes on the evening of July 3 and the morning of July 4 to celebrate all things American with the whole family. Monday evening will feature a Beer Garden sponsored by Community Action, live music, food, and a fireworks show at dusk. On Tuesday, visitors can enjoy the parade beginning at 10:30 AM, as well as a flea market and various community events before and after!
The American Celebration
Location: Downtown Brainerd, MN and Surrounding areas
Time: 12PM, Tuesday July 4
Information: Bring the whole family down to downtown Brainerd on July 4th for one of the area’s best Independence Day celebrations. Beginning at 12, visitors can enjoy free corn on the cob, a parade at 4:00PM, live music, all culminating with a music-synchronized fireworks show at 10:15PM.
