The 2020 Ford EcoSport is powered by a 1.0-liter EcoBoost Engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology that produces 123 horsepower and 125 lb.-ft. of torque. The 2020 EcoSport also offers an optional 2.0-liter TI-VCT I-4 Engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology that produces 166 horsepower and 166 lb.-ft. of torque. Additionally, the 2.0-liter engine offers a towing ability of 2,000 lbs., while the 1.0L engine achieves a maximum towing capacity of 1,400 lbs. Both engines are paired with an automatic 6-speed transmission and all models are available with AWD and FWD.
