2019 Ford F-150 Raptor Release Date
Off-roading enthusiasts can expect the new 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor to begin arriving at dealerships across the country later this year. We are anticipating a fall 2018 release date. Contact one of our representatives here in Pine River MN for personalized updates in our area.
FOX™ Shocks
While previous versions of the Ford F-150 Raptor had premium shocks that could handle challenging off-road conditions, the new FOX shocks on the 2019 Raptor have been specially designed for the demands of sand racing. A new electronically-controlled Live Valve constantly monitors the suspension, body, and road conditions to deliver comfort, premium handling, and also to minimize the chance of bottoming out even in extreme situations.
Trail Control
Like the all-new 2019 Ford Ranger midsize truck, the 2019 Raptor will feature a Terrain Management System that includes Trail Control. This system is like cruise control for extremely low speeds ranging from 1 mph to 20 mph (when the driveline is set correctly). This system allows drivers to make precise use of torque to take on extreme off-roading challenges, and can even brake individual wheels for a smooth landing over obstacles.
Recaro Seats
Another feature on the 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor will be all-new Recaro sport seats available as an option. The blue Alcantara inserts and accent stitching on these seats is inspired by the Light Speed interior color option of the Ford GT supercar. Even better, these seats are generously bolstered to supply premium support when going over obstacles or in aggressive off-roading. This means more comfort without sacrificing on performance.
The 2019 Ford Raptor will also be available in three new colors (Ford Performance Blue, Velocity Blue, Agate Black), with an available new beadlock-capable wheel design and an enhanced rear applique to give this truck an even bolder and more aggressive look.
